Upon arrival, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and the attentive staff who spoke excellent English. the chic decor with gray accent walls and sleek design elements created a welcoming atmosphere, setting the tone for a memorable stay. the deep soaking bathtubs in the private bathrooms, complete with complimentary bath powders, offered a luxurious retreat after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Trattoria Villazza, the hotel's Italian restaurant. the Western-style breakfast buffet and delectable Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner surpassed all expectations. the stylish Bar Ku Kon also provided a cozy spot to unwind with a drink or light meal. To the impeccable dining options, the hotel's amenities, including luggage storage, dry cleaning services, and a safety deposit for valuables. the high level of security and comfortable amenities truly made Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku a chic and pleasurable retreat in the bustling metropolis of Tokyo.
